Job Description:
This position involves complex coordination of all aspects of care for the hematology oncology patient population. As a Registered Nurse with Oncology experience, you will work in the Oncology clinics supporting oncology practices.
- Provide patient education including disease management, pre and post op education, chemo and radiation education.
- Assist with procedures and perform patient triage including symptom management related to disease, chemo, surgery and radiation.
