| Duties and Responsibilities | Under general supervision of the Grounds Supervisor, perform routine grounds maintenance and repair duties on campus grounds; operate and maintain a variety of light and heavy power grounds equipment to perform grounds maintenance work; and service outdoor trash and recycling containers. This is an entry level position and the employee will receive additional training and experience before being eligible for the Grounds Worker II position. Duties & Responsibilities:

| Minimum Education and/or Work Experience | High school diploma or GED and one year of related experience in commercial landscaping maintenance; or willing to be trained. |

| Certificates/Credentials/Licenses | Must have a valid driver's license in good standing, and maintain the license while employed at Loyola |
| Computer Skills | Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook or equivalent email program, Excel and Word. Basic knowledge of a computerized maintenance management software is preferred. |
