Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and manage clinical and translational research datasets from multiple sources (e.g. clinical records, imaging, physiological measurements, molecular structural data).
- Perform statistical analyses.
- Develop data visualizations and summaries.
- Design and implement computational tools for data processing and analysis.
- Collaborate with investigators in the CVRI to design and execute experimental workflows.
- Maintain organized data structures and documentation.
- Ensure reproducibility and regulatory compliance.
- Contribute to the preparation of manuscripts and grant applications.
Minimum Education and/or Work Experience
Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, bioinformatics, engineering, or related quantitative field.
Programming and data analysis skills and experience.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
