Responsibilities
- Establish and manage sales account relationships
- Identify and pursue new customer acquisition
- Conduct cold-calls for potential leads
- Communicate with established leads within the territory and develop rapport
Qualifications
- Established shipper relationship/ Book of business
- 5 years of experience in the industry in a similar role
- Proficient using TMS platforms and other logistics tools
- Ability to travel and work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to hit sales quotas
- Teamwork and leadership
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
