Paid out bi-weekly over your first year of employment.
Wage Range:
- $27 – $33 per hour (based on experience)
Shift Schedule:
- 12-hour shifts:
6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Shift Differentials & Incentives:
- $3.00/hour – Evening Shift (2:00 PM to 10:00 PM)
- $2.00/hour – Night Shift (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM)
- $2.00/hour – Weekend Incentive (all hours worked on Saturday & Sunday)
- Shift Pick-Up Bonuses available

Nursing Responsibilities (LPN or RN):
- Provide high-quality, resident-centered care
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Supervise CNAs and ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team
- Assist in developing and updating individualized care plans
Qualifications:
- Current LPN or RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Graduate of an approved nursing program
- Compassionate, reliable, and committed to patient care
- Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required
