Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse Assessment CoordinatorJob Location: 535 McFarland Road Latrobe, Pa 15650Pay Information: $65,000- $80,000Job Description:PURPOSE: The primary purpose of the Licensed Practical Nurse Assessment Coordinator position is to conduct, coordinate, and ensure the accurate development and completion of resident assessments in accordance with state regulations, federal requirements, and the policies and goals of the facility.
