Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Operations Supervisor located in Johns Creek, GA. The Retail Operations Supervisor will oversee daily branch operations,
ensure compliance with banking regulations, and lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service.
Other tasks will include handling customer inquiries and supporting the development of team members through coaching and training.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the retail banking branch, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of transactions.
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of tellers and customer service representatives to achieve performance goals.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain branch security protocols, including cash handling and fraud prevention measures.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with branch management to develop and implement strategies to meet financial and operational objectives.
- Conduct regular audits of branch operations to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.
- Prepare and analyze reports on branch performance, including transaction volumes and customer feedback.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented environment that aligns with Loyal Trust Bank's mission and values.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail banking or financial services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of banking operations, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
Salary : $60,000 - $120,000
