Accounts Receivable Coordinator
Location: San Antonio, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Loyal Source is seeking an experienced
Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our team in San Antonio, TX. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in collections, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage high‑volume follow‑ups with clients via phone and email.
Pay Rate: $25/hour
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full accounts receivable process in a corporate environment.
- Conduct proactive collection efforts to reduce outstanding balances.
- Communicate with clients professionally via phone and email regarding past‑due invoices.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
- Prepare reports and analyze data using Excel.
Qualifications
- AA degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- Strong background in collections or accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Prior corporate accounts receivable experience is required.
- Excellent communication and follow‑up skills.
