Company Description
We’re building something different.
Loyal Locker is a shared loyalty network helping minority-owned businesses grow together — by sharing customers, increasing repeat visits, and driving real revenue.
We’re preparing for our Summer Public Launch, starting with our first 100 founding businesses.
Now we’re looking for someone who wants to help us build it.
This is not just a social media role.
You’ll help drive real growth across the business:
Onboarding & Activation
- Follow up with new businesses and help them get live
- Encourage onboarding calls setup completion
- Support launch readiness for our first 100 businesses
Outreach & Community Growth
- Engage with business owners on IG, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook
- DM, comment, and build real relationships
- Participate in communities and local business groups
Content & Social
- Help create posts highlighting businesses in the network
- Identify trends, hashtags, and content ideas
- Support simple content creation (Canva, captions, etc.)
Growth & Campaigns
- Support email/SMS campaigns using Customer.io
- Track engagement, onboarding progress, and campaign performance
- Share weekly insights ideas to improve growth
Consumer Growth
- Help drive awareness of our network and Discover page
- Support ideas that bring customers into the ecosystem
- Strong communicator — comfortable reaching out, DM’ing, engaging
- Self-starter who takes initiative
- Interested in startups, marketing, or growth
- Passion for helping small & minority-owned businesses
- Creative resourceful
Bonus: Canva, HubSpot, Apollo, or marketing tools experience
- 10–20 hours/week (flexible)
- 3 months (potential to extend)
- Remote (Atlanta preferred)
