We are seeking an Insurance Agency Operations Manager to become an integral part of our team! You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee VA support team
- Assist with Appointment Setting fort Agents to see clients
- Track Production and Trends
- Answer Customer Service Calls and handle routine customer service issues
- Manage CRM and Client Data Systems
- Conduct Virtual Recruiting Meetings for new agents
- Agent Contracting, and New Agent Onboarding
- duties as assigned
Qualifications: Will Train Entry Level Candidate
- Previous Experience win Admin Work
- Strong project management skills
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong leadership qualities
some sales responsibilities required, successful sales will result in bonus commission opportunities
