Loxley Roofing is hiring a Build & Design Coordinator in Cashiers, NC. Pay is a $65,000 salary plus up to $7,000 a year in performance bonus, with a take-home company truck. This is not a roof-climbing seat. You plan the roof, guide the client’s selections, and hand the Project Manager a build that’s ready to go.
Who You Are:
- You enjoy planning more than swinging a hammer.
- You know roof systems and water management: how much water a plane sheds, how to capture it, and what belongs on that slope.
- You are credible and presentable at a high-end client’s table.
- You take pride in a job that ran without a hitch.
- You bring 2 years in roofing or building-envelope takeoffs, design, or coordination, and you’re comfortable in Notion, CompanyCam, and Excel.
- You have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Who We Are:
- At Loxley Roofing, we inspect, repair, and install premium roofing systems for mountain homes throughout Cashiers, Highlands, Sapphire, Lake Toxaway, and the surrounding communities of Western North Carolina.
- Every roof is planned to handle a rainforest climate and honor the home’s architecture.
- You report directly to the Owner.
What You Will Do Each Day:
- Build takeoffs within 3 business days of inspection, using the Project Manager’s measurements.
- Guide clients through selections with physical samples, mock-ups, and AI renderings of their own home.
- Get current supplier quotes, order material, and confirm subs and delivery dates.
- Set the schedule and track the backlog.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager to finalize the build plan before work begins.
