Job description:
Responsible for accurately screening truckloads of milk for Antibiotics, Bacteria, and added water.
Responsible for accurately screening individual producer tanks for Antibiotics, Bacteria, Somatic Cell and added water.
Responsible for accurately screening individual cow samples for Antibiotics, Bacteria and Somatic Cell.
Responsible for creating and maintaining a good working relationship with Producers, Co-workers, Truck Drivers and all State and Federal regulatory personnel.
Responsible for maintaining a neat and orderly workplace ready for the next shift when they come in.
Responsible for making sure all paperwork is properly made out with all pertinent information. This is a must.

Milk Receivers License
Charm SL
DMC/SCC
Bactoscan
Physical Requirement
Lifting requirements of up to 50 lbs. Bend and lifting are required.
This is a 12hr rotating night shift including every other weekend and rotating holidays.
This is an hourly position with overtime paid after 40 hours.
This job requires the ability to work alone and think on your own. You will be responsible for making decisions on your own, however note that experienced help is just a phone call away on nights and the weekend shift.
Review will be done with the Manager and Lab Supervisor and Lab Techs at 30 days, 90 days and 180 days and at 365 days.
Work Schedules
Normal Night Shift 7:00PM to 7:00AM.
Normal Day Shift 7:00AM to 7:00PM
