We are seeking a technically strong Project Manager to lead our numerous customer project engagements and deliveries. As the sole PM in a 65-employee company, you will own project planning, execution, governance, and cross-functional alignment.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple customer projects in an Agile environment
- Define scope, requirements, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate with IT, Sales, Finance, Operations, Professional Services, and Software Development
- Manage project metrics, reporting, and change control
- Conduct stakeholder meetings and maintain project documentation
- Support project governance and continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology or Management or equivalent work experience
- PMP certification (desired)
- 3 years of technical IT type project management experience
- Experience in Manufacturing, Logistics, AIDC, RFID, or IoT is a big plus
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
