- Review patient documentation and treatment plans, ensuring all necessary information is accurate and complete.
- Coordinate with dental professionals to discuss treatment options and communicate these effectively to patients.
- Assist in managing patient appointments, follow-ups, and reminders to ensure timely care.
- Handle dental billing processes, including insurance verification and claims submission.
- Maintain organized records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and financial agreements.
- Utilize Dentrix software for documentation and scheduling purposes.
- Address any patient inquiries or concerns regarding treatments or office policies promptly.
Skills
- Experience in dental billing processes, including insurance claims management.
- Strong front desk skills with a focus on patient service excellence.
- Familiarity with clerical duties within a dental office environment.
- Ability to conduct thorough documentation reviews for accuracy and compliance.
- Previous experience working in a dental clinic is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of Dentrix software is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
