Key Responsibilities
• Perform detailed quantitative and qualitative analysis to support capability development across the Supply Chain network.
• Support initiative execution and project delivery through planning, scheduling, and issue tracking.
• Help design and deliver change management plans, including creating and facilitating training to drive adoption of new tools and processes.
• Analyze operational and supply chain performance data to provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Analyze supply chain performance data and trends to generate actionable insights and recommendations for leadership.
• Support issue management and resolution for day-to-day operational needs.
• Participate in post-project evaluations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build reports and dashboards that track project performance against Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
• Conduct competitive and market research as needed to support supply chain innovation.
• Maintain productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate implementation and ensure alignment with business goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree – Supply Chain Management or Business Administration or related field
• 1-2 Years experience
• Experience Details: Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or projection coordination roles, preferably in a retail or distribution setting
Work Experience
• 1-2 Years – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights - Required
• 1-2 Years – Ability to work across multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment - Required
• 1-2 Years – Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills - Required
• 1-2 Years – Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills - Required
• 1-2 Years – High level of initiative and ability to work independently or collaboratively - Required
• 1-2 Years – Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) - Required
• Familiarity with retail or e-commerce supply chain environments – Preferred
Licenses or Certifications
Lean Six Sigma or relation process improvement training
