Your Impact
The primary purpose of the Sr. Manager, Services Initiatives is to accelerate initiatives that maximize the performance of focus areas within the Services Initiatives organization. This role partners closely with business leaders and other cross-functional teams to understand the current state of the business, identify areas of opportunity, define a roadmap, and monitor progress against the future state.
What You Will Do
- Lead and influence cross-functional teams across the enterprise to enhance capabilities that improve customer & associate experiences, technology, process, and/or financial results for Services Initiatives.
- Project workstream ownership, such as engaging directly with key partners to develop strategy, recommendations, and multi-phased roadmaps, also stepping in to remove roadblocks and barriers where necessary to maintain momentum. Projects will focus on accelerating current strategic initiatives, such as defining and implementing an Omnichannel Lead Generation strategy.
- Structure and present impactful, executive-level presentations that provide a comprehensive view of initiative progress and key deliverables.
- Own key stakeholder communication, ensuring all relevant teams are informed and aligned.
- Utilize data analytics to identify top opportunities, monitor measures of success, and present recommendations to necessary stakeholders and leadership.
- Monitor industry and competitive trends to ensure an exceptional customer experience that aligns with initiative and enterprise goals.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Mathematics, or Related Fields, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- 8 Years of Retail operations, communication, customer service, marketing, program management, and analytics experience.
- 8 Years in-depth knowledge of diverse retail functions and principles
- 5 Years Strong ability to work vertically across a large enterprise in a collaborative manner, internally and externally
- 3 Years Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
Preferred Skills/Education
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Mathematics, or Related Fields
- 5 Years of Retail operations, communication, customer service, marketing, program management, and analytics experience.
- 5 Years managing multi-department level initiatives
Where You’ll Be
- Associates are required to relocate to the Charlotte/Mooresville, NC region to foster collaboration and support.
- The ideal candidate must be willing to work in the office at our Mooresville, NC, location, 5 days per week.
- Most business meetings are planned around the Eastern time zone.
