What You Will Do
The Customer Service Associate – XDT (CSA-XDT) is responsible for answering inbound internal and external calls, utilizing Lowe’s Home Delivery processes to solve customer inquiries / issues, processing customer orders / adjustments and escalating issues for resolution as needed. Customer Service Associates will problem-solve to ensure customer satisfaction and create brand loyalty leading to lasting customer relationships. CSAs also communicate with 3PL service providers, Lowe’s Supply Chain distribution and functional teams, and Lowe’s Store and Pro partners. Additionally, CSAs collaborate with vendors on inventory reconciliation, damaged / defective merchandise returns, vendor credits and vendor pickups of return products. CSAs must manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and work cooperatively with others to accomplish business and delivery objectives.
Travel Requirements: This role does not require regular travel.
What We're Looking For
- Required to work a set schedule that may be changed/modified by management based on the needs of the facility.
- Requires availability to work morning, afternoon, nights, or weekends depending upon assigned shift and overtime based on the needs of the facility.
- Must work in a distribution/warehouse environment with the physical and environmental aspects typically associated with such environment.
- Minimally must be able to lift 40 pounds; ability to lift up to 75 pounds without assistance daily.
What You Need to Succeed
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 year experience of customer service / call center experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Operations, Supply Chain or related field.
- Bi-lingual skills, if applicable to the facility
