- Draft, collect, and mail correspondence and other general documents.
- Copy and/or scan documents and information.
- Organize and maintain documents in paper and electronic filing systems.
- Provide real estate and corporate governance support including corporate meetings, filings, and books and records maintenance.
- Coordinate e-signatures or wet signatures for contracts and other documents.
- Facilitate internal and external communications regarding contract negotiations, contract review submissions, and standard contract templates.
- Contract administration support including management of contract renewal and expiration notifications.
- Perform data entry and data review functions for contract lifecycle management (CLM) system.
- Contract review support regarding formatting, spelling errors, typos, etc.
Desirable Qualifications:
- A minimum experience of three years in an administrative role or paralegal role.
- Excellent reading comprehension, business communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Investigative mind, strong critical thinking skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong, working knowledge of MS Office 365, legal databases, e-signature software, records management, and contract management systems (CMS/CLM).
- Understanding of legal procedures and terminology.
- Well-versed in documentation, reporting, and drafting documents.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.
