Licensed Clinical Social Worker- FULL time Days (40 hours per week) 7am-3:30pm- rotating Saturdays
This is for our Intensive Out Patient Program (IOP) - Patients come 3X/ week for 3 hours per day

Essential Functions
- Provides assessment and counseling to psychiatric patients, their families and significant support systems.
- Assesses and provides discharge planning services to psychiatric patients within assigned unit.
- Conducts an initial psychosocial assessment interview with patients. Documents barriers to completion of assessment if applicable and places completed assessment within the medical record.
- Conducts both individual and group therapies for patient education related to but not limited to: disease process, emotional management, stress management, coping skills, decision making, and life skill development.
- Identifies and develops a plan of care related to patient’s emotional needs, community support system and on-going clinical concerns.
- Reviews and updates individual treatment plans as to patient progress, barriers, and continued discharge care plan needs.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
- Master's Degree in Social Work required
- 0-1 years Previous experience in individual, group, and family therapies required. required
- LCSW- License Clinical Social Worker required
