Duties

- Maintain accurate records of guest information and preferences.
- Assist with guest services, including room assignments, special requests, and concierge services.
- Address any guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Conduct night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
