Summary/Objective:
To assist the Printer in preparing and printing graphics which will require loading ink, cleaning machines, troubleshooting technological problems, maintain print equipment and performing other work-oriented tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Essential Functions

This is a full time position. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, eight hours minimum. Additional hours will be required to satisfy customer demands.

- Follow the safety procedures and practices outlined on the Safety Placard for each piece of equipment.
- Understand job traveler and printer’s schedule.
- Know where to find material and inks.
- Know how to turn on UV unit and set curing rate.
- Be able to assist Printer in the installation and tear down of the screen on the press.
- Be able to catch graphics off the conveyor belt and stack neatly.
- Know how to assist printer and notify Printer to stop if there is a problem.
- Can pre-sort graphics and identify bad graphics.
- Assist Printer in whatever is required for the job.
- Know where to take printed graphics to next station.
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment that requires attention to detail.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
- Be able to pay attention to details and notify Printer if there is a problem.
- Be able to work in fast paced environment.
- Be able to work in diverse duties and responsibilities in relation to the products manufactured.
- Be able to be proactive and flexible in order to be able to effectively carry out production.
- Have required efficiently knowledgeable on procedures of processes.

- Atmosphere heated and cooled to production temperature.
- Cement floor with anti-fatigue mats provided for comfort.
- Clean working environment.
- Might be exposed to moving mechanical parts and vibration
- Will be working with chemicals and be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment at times.
- Occasional walking, sitting, reach across midline, pinching/picking, feeling, steps, in/out of machine, climbing.
- Occasional lifting/lowering, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 50lbs.
- Frequent changing position, reaching, handling.
- Constant standing.
- Exert 20 to 50 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 lbs. frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 lbs. of force constantly.
