Work Year: 12 month position
Working Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm
Job Responsibilities:
Perform clerical duties under the supervision of the Transportation Director. Must have a demonstrated knowledge of Aspen with a high level of accuracy. Must be able to perform a variety of clerical functions requiring a degree of knowledge of the function of the department.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to learn departmental procedures; possess data compilation and reporting skills; must be organized and detail oriented; can demonstrate expertise with word processing. Must possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work confidently and successfully with the public. Must have the ability to exercise sound judgment and mature decision-making when dealing with sensitive situations as demonstrated by previous work experience. Must have good computer skills such as X2, and Versitran Routing software experience preferable.
