EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
Associates degree in occupational therapy assistant.
Hold a certified occupational therapy assistant license in the state of California.
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant experience in an educational setting preferred
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
1. Transcripts showing course work in Occupational Therapy
2. OTA Certification with the State of California
3. Resume
4. Letter of Introduction
5. Two Letters of recommendation signed within the last two years
