Summary
We are seeking a Scale House Clerk to join our team at CCI. In this role, you will support our quarry by providing the best possible customer service by ensuring the flow of quarry products to customers. Your contributions will be vital to maintaining our reputation for excellence in service and project delivery.
Responsibilities
- MSHA - Reporting, schedule testing, train new miners, and update/maintain records.
- Quarry - Weigh trucks, record weights in software system, track quantities, send out billings, and enter job and customer information.
- Drilling/Blasting/Crushing - Update/maintain insurance certificates, meet production goals, and set up blasting procedure.
- DOT - Submit reports, acquire permits, enter info into software system, and ensure legal requirements.
Requirements
- Experience with project coordination is essential.
- Familiarity with Viewpoint Vista is preferred.
- Familiarity with Telematics is helpful.
- Basic knowledge of yards to tons conversion is a plus but not required.
- MSHA knowledge is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to be flexible with schedule as April through November are longer hours.
