- Job Summary:** The School Security Staff at Lowell Community Charter
of students, staff, and visitors within the school premises. They will
enforce school policies, respond to security incidents, and collaborate
with other staff members to maintain a positive and secure learning
environment. **Responsibilities:**
- Monitoring: Patrol school premises regularly to monitor activities
- Security Procedures: Enforce school security procedures, including
response plans.
- Safety Inspections: Conduct routine inspections of school facilities
appropriate authorities.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to security incidents,
disruptive behavior, and take appropriate actions to mitigate risks.
- Collaboration : Collaborate with school administrators, teachers,
strategies to enhance school safety.
- Conflict Resolution: Mediate conflicts between students or staff

- Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with
security-related matters.\
Training: Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance

Qualifications
