Campus Ministry Director – Lowell Catholic (Grades 7-12)

We are seeking a passionate and faith-driven Campus Ministry Director to lead the spiritual and service initiatives for students in Grades 7-12. This individual will play a key leadership role in fostering a vibrant faith community, providing pastoral support, and ensuring that Catholic values are fully integrated into student life at Lowell Catholic.
Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee the vision for Campus Ministry, ensuring alignment with the school’s Catholic identity and mission.
Plan and coordinate school-wide liturgies, prayer services, and retreats, collaborating with local clergy and parishes.
Lead and expand service-learning opportunities, including community outreach, mission trips, and social justice initiatives.
Provide spiritual guidance and pastoral support to students, faculty, and staff.
Facilitate student faith formation through prayer groups, scripture study, and other faith-based activities.
Work closely with faculty and administration to incorporate Catholic teachings and traditions into the school’s culture.
Organize leadership opportunities for students within Campus Ministry, empowering them to take an active role in faith-based events.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with local parishes, religious organizations, and community partners.
Qualifications:
Practicing Catholic with a deep commitment to faith formation and service.
Bachelor’s degree in Theology, Religious Studies, Pastoral Ministry, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience in campus ministry, youth ministry, or pastoral leadership.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to mentor and inspire students in their faith journey.
