Job Description:
The Admissions & International Programs Coordinator is a driven, results-oriented professional responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Admissions Office and the coordination of the school's International Student Program. This position serves as a primary point of contact for prospective students and families, manages admissions processes and events, supports enrollment initiatives, and oversees international student enrollment and compliance activities. The Coordinator works closely with faculty, staff, students, families, agency partners, and host families to support the school's mission and enrollment goals.
Responsibilities:
Admissions & Enrollment
Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective students and families, providing information about the school, academic programs, and admissions process.
Respond promptly and professionally to phone, email, and online inquiries.
Process elementary, high school, and international student applications and supporting documentation.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records within admissions and CRM systems.
Coordinate student visit programs, including campus tours, shadow days, and the Crusader for a Day program.
Work closely with student ambassadors to ensure a positive and welcoming experience for prospective families and visitors.
Conduct campus tours for prospective students and families, showcasing the school's facilities, programs, culture, and mission.
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of admissions events, including open houses, information sessions, and recruitment activities.
Track and analyze admissions and enrollment data to support recruitment strategies and enrollment goals.
Manage admissions office inventory, promotional materials, and event supplies.
Provide administrative support to the Director of Enrollment.
International Student Program
Serve as the primary liaison for all international student program constituents, including students, families, agencies, host families, and school personnel.
Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with international recruitment agencies and partners to support enrollment growth.
Coordinate communication between agencies, host families, guidance staff, and international students.
Process and maintain all international student documentation, including I-20 forms and related records.
Develop expertise in SEVIS requirements and maintain compliance with regulations governing international student enrollment and immigration status.
Maintain accurate and confidential records related to international student enrollment and compliance.
Coordinate and manage the International Student Buddy Program.
Collaborate with the Marketing Department to develop promotional materials and communications supporting international recruitment efforts.
Manage general office operations, including filing, mailings, answering phones, and responding to correspondence.
Maintain confidentiality of student records and applicant information.
Work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and administration to promote the school's mission and values.
Demonstrate professionalism, flexibility, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Work occasional evenings and weekends to support admissions and enrollment events.
This is a 35 hour per week position with benefits. Regular hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with occasional evenings and weekends required during admissions and enrollment season.
Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
