What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Parts Counterperson position at Lowe Toyota?
Lowe Toyota is looking for a Parts Counterperson to join our award-winning team! Must be motivated and self-driven. Along with excellent communication skills, we require the following:
- Manage incoming internet and phone inquiries and proactively pursue additional customer leads.
- Work with customers and technicians to identify required parts
- Advise customers on necessary and related parts needed
- Input parts pricing on counter invoices and repair orders
- Help with dealership parts ordering, inventory and returns
- Listen and be attentive to customer needs and priorities in order to provide appropriate suggestions for their vehicle.
- Provide superior customer service and achieve highest degree of customer satisfaction.
- Work in close partnership with management to provide appropriate information to the customer.
- Meet specified monthly targets and goals.
- Contribute to the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams and departments collaboratively and professionally with a positive, roll-up your sleeves attitude.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Prior parts experience preferred, but not required. We are willing to train and develop the right individual.
- Excellent customer relationship skills.
- Self-starter, motivated and success driven.
- Confident, positive and high energy presence.
- Strong communication skills.
