The Senior Manager, Channel Strategy & Activation leads a global team in developing and executing scalable, multi-channel media strategies. This role drives operational excellence, best practices, and performance optimization across digital platforms—including CTV, social, display, and paid search. Responsible for end-to-end channel activation, the Senior Manager ensures consistent, high-quality execution through streamlined processes and cross-functional collaboration. They also lead the development of new capabilities to enhance channel adoption and campaign effectiveness.
What You Will Do
•Oversee campaign activation across all media channels (e.g., programmatic, paid social, paid search, CTV, display), ensuring alignment with strategy, consistency in execution, and optimal performance.
•Establish channel-specific playbooks that define platform use cases, audience strategies, measurement frameworks, and performance benchmarks to guide scalable execution.
•Manage the in-house hands-on keyboard team responsible for activating multi-million-dollar media budgets, ensuring adherence to best practices and driving cross-channel performance.
•Lead the creation and evolution of multi-channel strategy guides that align with business objectives and the growth goals of the Lowe’s Media Network.
•Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to develop and implement new workflows and operational models that improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
•Stay abreast of ad tech advancements, competitive trends, and partner capabilities; apply this knowledge to foster innovation, improve digital marketing outcomes, and share best practices across LMN (Lowe’s Media Network) and the broader enterprise.
•Lead rigorous testing and optimization efforts across digital channels; define success metrics, report key insights, and iterate strategy based on performance data.
•Manage prioritization of onsite inventory and channel capabilities; translate business needs into actionable product roadmaps and functional requirements.
•Directly manage team members while influencing global, cross-functional teams within a matrixed environment; foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and operational
Required Qualification
•Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications or equivalent work experience
•8-10 Years in Marketing, Media or related work experience
•6 years of Experience running campaigns on the Google tech stack, and on social media channels
•6 years of Demonstrated success leading digital media buying teams
Preferred Skills/Education
•Master's Degree Business, Marketing or Communications
