Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls, emails, and text messages from potential clients.
- Conduct outbound communication to follow up with and support potential clients.
- Screen and evaluate inquiries to determine if they meet qualifying criteria.
- Coordinate contact efforts and assist with client sign-up processes.
- Document all communications thoroughly in the firm’s database.
- Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and excellent customer service in every interaction.
- Adhere to firm procedures and utilize information systems effectively.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve shared goals.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Team Lead.

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1–2 years of client service experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must occasionally be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
Shift Requirements:
Full-Time: 40 hours/week; various shifts available; at least one Weekend day required
Part-Time: 20-30 hours/week; various shifts available
