Your Impact at Lowe Engineers:
Lowe Engineers, LLC seeks a CAD technician who is proactive, can work independently, is comfortable communicating with office staff, field personnel and clients as appropriate, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional work product.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ALTA/ ACSM Land Title Surveys, Boundaries, Topographic, Utility As-built including “Plan & Profile” and other drawings.
- Knowledge of FEMA flood certificates.
- Produce field worksheets for construction projects – architectural, civil & structural layout.
- Perform project research.
Qualifications:
- Working with Carlson, AutoCAD or Civil3D is required.
