About the Role
This role blends patient care, technology, and back-office flow. You’ll be hands-on with patients while keeping our clinic running smoothly in the back office.
You’ll perform tech-based scans, set patients up on advanced therapies, assist with decompression, and support patient flow — all while ensuring every patient feels welcomed, supported, and understood.

What You’ll Be DoingTech-Based Patient Scans
- Perform MyoVision scans
- Conduct posture and range-of-motion scans using iPad tools
Patient Setup & Therapy Support
- Set up patients for spinal decompression & knee decompression
- Monitor therapy sessions and document progress
- Help guide patients through exercises when needed
- Assist with related therapeutic equipment if needed
Back Office Flow / Patient Experience
- Ensure patients get to the right tables and therapies smoothly
- Support doctors with notes and documentation
- Maintain clean, organized therapy areas and exam spaces
- Track therapy logs, decompression sessions, and daily flow
- Celebrate patient wins and help them feel proud of their progress
- Encourage online reviews and help keep morale high

Bonus Points If You Have

- Experience in chiropractic, fitness, healthcare, or PT
- Prior use of decompression
- CPR or First Aid certification

Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday (No weekends!)
- Consistent weekly schedule
