JOB TITLE: Patient Services Representative/Front Desk
AREA: Arcis Healthcare, Lowcountry Orthopaedics (Tricom office and all satellites)/Front Desk
GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families; check patients in/out, collect copays, and schedule appointments.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: Front Office Manager
SUPERVISORY RELATIONSHIP: None
EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED required.
EXPERIENCE: At least two years’ experience as a patient representative, or equivalent position, in a medical office setting.
