Lowcountry Medical Linens is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Route Service Representative to join our growing team. This role is responsible for delivering clean linens to medical offices, retrieving soiled linens, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver clean linens to medical offices.
- Retrieve and handle soiled linens efficiently.
- Perform routine customer inventory checks and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, addressing any concerns professionally.
- Ensure the company vehicle is clean by arranging for exterior washes.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Clean driving record – must be insurable under company policy.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience in a service-based or delivery role.
- 1-3 years of driving experience (commercial route experience preferred).
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs and push 100 lbs wheeled carts.
- Comfortable working in varied weather conditions (hot summers, cold winters).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
- Professionalism and an ownership mentality to ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.
