Role Description
This is a full time, on-site role located in Jacksonville, FL, for a Nurse Practitioner. The Nurse Practitioner will provide expert medical care to patients, including conducting evaluations, diagnosing conditions, and developing personalized treatment plans. Responsibilities include administering Testosterone Replacement Therapy, monitoring patient progress through in-house lab results, and delivering comprehensive wellness solutions tailored to men's health needs, such as weight management and anti-aging therapies. The role also involves educating patients on treatment options and maintaining accurate medical records.
Qualifications
- Clinical skills in diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient care in areas such as men's health, hormone therapy, and wellness.
- Experience in administering therapies such as Testosterone Replacement Therapy, Peptide Therapy, weight loss, and NAD therapy.
- Proficiency in conducting in-house lab evaluations and interpreting medical tests for personalized care.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient education and consultation.
- Commitment to patient-centered care with a holistic approach to wellness and preventive treatment.
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of South Carolina is required.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and adherence to medical documentation standards.
