Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will assist in various store operations, including sales, inventory management, and product demonstrations. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in selecting products that meet their needs.
- Consistantly meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales goal.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to enhance customer understanding and drive sales.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed attractively.
- Utilize retail math to manage inventory levels effectively and assist with stock replenishment.
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when necessary.
- Assist with the implementation of promotional activities and special events within the store.
- Must be available Weekdays Between the hours of 10AM - 5PM
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer interaction and relationship building.
- Familiarity with retail operations is a plus.
- Ability to perform basic retail math calculations accurately.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer engagement.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with product demonstrations is advantageous but not mandatory.
