Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Schedule sales appointments for team members
- Follow up with customers regarding appointments
- Maintain accurate customer records and database information

Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using computer programs and apps
- Positive attitude with the ability to handle a high volume of calls
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
