Position Overview:
Lowcountry Commercial Services, a leading commercial cleaning and janitorial services company in Hilton Head and Bluffton, is seeking a Full-Time Janitorial Supervisor to join our growing team.
This is a working supervisor role—you will supervise, train, and lead a team of janitors, custodians, and commercial cleaning staff, while also performing cleaning tasks yourself. You'll oversee commercial buildings, office spaces, and retail properties across the Hilton Head Island and Bluffton area.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and mentor a janitorial crew of 5–10 employees
- Coordinate and oversee daily commercial cleaning tasks
- Perform hands-on cleaning duties: mopping, sweeping, dusting, restroom sanitation, window cleaning, and more
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
- Communicate effectively with management
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Janitorial Supervisor, Custodial Manager, or Housekeeping Supervisor
- STRONG leadership and organizational skills
- Must be physically able to lift 25–50 lbs
- Valid Driver's License (required)
- Work schedule is evening shifts, night shifts, and weekends required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Ability to commute to Hilton Head Island to office location
- Vehicles provided by company to travel to all locations
Compensation & Benefits:

- Hours: 45–50 hours per week
