Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. The role requires a strong understanding of maintenance practices and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. The successful applicant will have a proven track record of maintaining residential and commercial properties to the highest standards. Responsibilities

- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify potential issues and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
- Use a variety of tools and equipment, including an ohmmeter, to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
- Utilize schematics to understand the layout of the facility and identify potential problems.
- Fabricate and repair various components, including plumbing and electrical fixtures.
- Work with logic controllers to diagnose and repair electronic and computer-based systems.
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with relevant health and safety regulations.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and share knowledge and expertise.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

Skills

- Perform mid-level complexity maintenance and repairs.
- Knowledge of electrical systems and the ability to use an ohmmeter.
- Strong understanding of facilities maintenance and the ability to fabricate and repair components as needed.

-Ability to do repair work involving plumbing, appliances and HVAC

-Vehicle and equipment operations is required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to read and understand technical documents and manuals.
- Ability to train other maintenance staff as necessary.
- A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
