Role Description The Assistant Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Wauwatosa, WI. This role supports the Store Manager in driving store performance, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining Lovisa’s brand standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include coaching and leading team members, assisting with opening and closing procedures, monitoring visual merchandising and stock presentation, and supporting sales targets. The Assistant Store Manager helps manage store operations, including cash handling, inventory processes, and loss prevention, while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. This role also involves engaging customers, resolving queries, and promoting Lovisa products to create a positive in-store experience.
