What are the responsibilities and job description for the English Language Arts Teacher position at Loving Tree Academy?
Duties
- Teach English to Kindergarten through 2nd Grade students in our after-school program
- Help students improve reading, writing, phonics, vocabulary, and speaking skills
- Prepare engaging lessons using our curriculum guidelines
- Create a positive, organized, and encouraging classroom environment
- Monitor student progress and communicate with the Program Director
- Work collaboratively with other teachers to support student success
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Fluent English required
- Teaching or tutoring experience with children is preferred
- Passion for working with young learners
- Reliable, organized, and enthusiastic
- Passion for working with young learners and helping them succeed academically.
- Reliable, professional, and committed to maintaining high instructional standards.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
