Responsibilities
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate the children's physical, emotional, and intellectual growth
- Provide basic care and ensure the well-being of all children in the daycare
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Follow all daycare policies and procedures to ensure the safety of the children
Qualifications
- Previous experience in childcare or daycare settings is preferred
- Knowledge of infant care, toddler care, and preschool education
- Strong classroom management skills to create a positive learning environment
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus
- Ability to engage and interact with children in a caring and compassionate manner
