- Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.
- The ability to meet state requirements for education and our center requirements

Responsibilities
- Implement age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development and learning
- Maintain a safe environment by adhering to safety protocols including pediatric first aid and CPR procedures
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and daily needs
- Manage classroom routines, behavior management strategies, and activity schedules to foster positive experiences
- Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and childcare licensing regulations at all times
Experience
- Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, nannying, babysitting, or classroom settings is highly preferred
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices
- Experience with infant care, toddler care, and preschool-aged children
- Familiarity with child supervision techniques and behavior management strategies
- Certification in first aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain upon hire) is required
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with parents and team members
- Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus
