Job Summary
Loving Care of McPherson is a small, home-like assisted living facility looking for a reliable and compassionate Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our team.
We provide care for a small group of residents in a more personal setting, and we are looking for someone who truly enjoys building relationships and being part of a team that values quality care.
Responsibilities include:
- Administer medications as ordered
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition
- Assist with meals, light housekeeping, and daily routines
- Provide compassionate, respectful care to all residents
- Work independently while also being part of a team
Schedule:
Part-time, and PRN positions available
Day, evening, and overnight shifts
Weekend availability required
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience) annual raises.
Requirements:
- Active Kansas CMA certification
- Strong work history with consistent employment
- Ability to work independently and stay on task without constant supervision
- Reliable and dependable attendance
- Must be willing and able to pick up shifts when needed
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable transportation
