What are the responsibilities and job description for the REGISTERED NURSE position at LOVING CARE IN-HOME HEALTH SERVICES?
FULL-TIME REGISTERED NURSE CASE MANAGER position for Yukon Home Health Office.
Supervise and manage all care given to assigned case management patients. Oversee nursing staff that are assigned to patients as ordered by physician.
Coordinate work schedule to fit patient's time and needs.
Complete patient visit documentation and submit electronically using WellSky (Kinnser) EMR system.
Qualifications:
Current Registered Nursing License approved by the Oklahoma Nursing Board of Regents.
At least 1 year experience in either home health setting or acute-care setting with experience in elderly, middle-aged and/or pediatric care.
Able to lift a minimum of 20 lbs without difficulty.
Must own a vehicle in which to make visits and maintain current automobile insurance coverage.
Must have a telephone available for after-hours calls when needed.
