Loving Care In-Home Health Services has proudly served our community for 29 years. We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Private Pay department in a part-time case management role.
This position is ideal for an RN who enjoys working independently in the field while having the support of an established, experienced office team.

Position Details
- Starting Pay: From $37 per hour depending on experience and qualifications
- Schedule: Part-time
- Hours: Weekdays between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
- Work Setting: Client homes / In-Office
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial visits with new private pay clients to review services, complete service agreements and contracts, and establish the client’s plan of care.
- Complete supervisory visits for existing clients and update plans of care as needed.
- Review home health aide (HHA) documentation, care logs, and visit notes to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Provide guidance and support to caregivers in the client’s home when assistance is needed.
- Communicate with clients, families, caregivers, and office staff regarding changes in care needs or concerns.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oklahoma.
- Home health, private duty, or case management experience preferred.
- Strong communication, assessment, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in the field.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes.
