Children: INFANT BOY; BORN JULY 2025 AND GIRL; 5.5 YEARS OLD, AND BOY; 8 YEARS OLD (IN FT KINDERGARTEN & 3RD GRADE)
Compensation: UP TO $24 PER HOUR DOE
Schedule: MONDAY - FRIDAY; 8:30/9 AM - 4/4:30 PM
ABOUT THE FAMILY:
This big, busy family is involved in a lot of sports and activities. The kids attend a local Catholic school and participate in swim, basketball, baseball, and ballet. In the summertime, they spend a lot of time at Town & Country Club swimming, playing pickleball, and running around with friends. Dad works full-time, and Mom works 30-40 hours per week from home. One sweet and calm goldendoodle is a part of this family. Covid vaccination is not required by the family. They are looking for a native Spanish-speaking nanny; fluency in English is not required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Primary care for the infant
- Playing with the infant by engaging in developmental activities
- Changing diapers, rocking, and managing naps
- Pick up the two older children from school at 2:40 pm
- Supervise the children during afternoon activities
- After school snack time, homework, and outdoor play with the older children
- Light household duties as time permits, while the baby is sleeping or the older children are occupied
- Tidying up toys/clothing, emptying the dishwasher, and putting away groceries
- Occasional evening/weekend availability for the family would be a bonus
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native fluency in Spanish (fluency in English is not required)
- Experience caring for children in a previous professional role or their own children
- Infant experience
- First Aid / CPR
- Active
- Reliable
- Caring and compassionate
