We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Care Coordinator Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. This vital role will provide administrative support to help maintain accurate client and caregiver records, monitor EVV compliance, assist with scheduling, and support overall agency operations. Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize client records and documentation
- Maintain and update caregiver personnel files
- Review files for missing or outdated documentation
- Monitor EVV visits and identify missing or incorrect entries
- Follow up with caregivers regarding EVV corrections
- Assist with tracking compliance items and deadlines
- Support caregiver scheduling and communication
- Assist with client and caregiver onboarding paperwork
- Help prepare documentation needed for billing review
- Maintain spreadsheets and tracking logs
- Communicate professionally with clients, caregivers, and office staff
- Assist with outreach calls and emails to potential referral partners as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous experience in home care, healthcare, office administration, or customer service preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and computer systems
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks on time
- EVV experience (Mobile Caregiver, Wellsky or similar systems) is a plus
