Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Needed for Individual with Cerebral Palsy, ID & Tracheostomy Care
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct care and support for an individual living with cerebral palsy and ID who has a tracheostomy.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily nursing care and monitoring for tracheostomy management.
- Assist with respiratory treatments, suctioning, and trach tube maintenance.
- Support mobility, personal care, and activities of daily living.
- Administer medications and document care accurately.
- Collaborate with family and healthcare providers to ensure safe, quality care.
Qualifications:
- Current LPN license in Pennsylvania.
- Experience with tracheostomy care required.
- Prior experience supporting individuals with cerebral palsy or complex medical needs preferred.
- Strong communication skills, patience, and dedication to person‑centered care.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Flexible scheduling available (days/evenings/weekends).
