Position Title: Personal Support / Companion Caregiver
Primary Responsibilities:
In this role, you will provide personal support and companion care, including assistance with:
- Assist individuals with daily living activities and personal care as needed.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist clients with life skills development, including budgeting, meal preparation, household tasks, and time management.
- Accompany clients to community outings, recreational activities, appointments, and social events.
- Provide medication reminders as authorized.
- Support clients in achieving goals outlined in their support plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation and service notes.
- Monitor and report changes in a client's condition, behavior, or needs.
- Ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.
- Follow company policies, state regulations, and confidentiality requirements.
- Transport clients as needed using a reliable vehicle.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
